We provide opportunities for adults to make art, play, rediscover their inner child, and reconnect with themselves and their community.

The art experience is for you, no one else. No one can tell you what is right or wrong, good or bad. Ignore anyone who ever told you that you can’t make art. Your opinion is the only one that matters!

No skills are necessary, just a willingness to play and discover. Show up as you are.
​Why is creativity important?
Creative practices can improve attention and cognition, reduce anxiety and depression, strengthen social connections and resilience, and enhance happiness & overall quality of life.

A regular art practice allows us to release excess energy, emotional steam and burdens we might not even realize we’re carrying. It allows us to connect with ourselves and remember who we are, giving us ground to stand on and allowing us to release what no longer serves us.
What We Offer

A Safe Space: No skills or experience needed (in fact, we strongly encourage those who have not been creative in years to find solace in a new creative practice).
Dedicated Time: Sometimes it’s hard to take time for ourselves. Joining an event will help carve out time that is especially for you and your art practice. This is time to think your own thoughts, find your own words, hear your own voice. It’s time for you.
Room to Play: By using our supplies, you can explore different mediums without the commitment of buying art supplies or creating a studio in your home. We’ll set everything up, give you the space to work, and clean up when you’re done. All you need is a willingness to play and discover. Simply show up as you are.
Community: Art making is generally a solitary experience but our events get you connected to others in a shared space. The energy that brings can open up a world of creative possibilities and connection.
